It’s so beautiful everywhere I go. Flowers blossoming, clouds, sun, rain, wind. Mother Nature keeps on AWE-ING me…
Last days didn’t have that much computer time.
Me and my business required me being outside, walking, biking, creating, moving my body….
And inside, having lots of sessions, working with people and their bodies.
Even gifting double-Bars sessions together with my sweet mama Renée.
Nature, the earth and bodies are such a gift to me. To get out of my head, into awareness and being present with what is.
So healing for me and my body.
Nature and are bodies are so freggin miraculous. How they create, receive and respond to all things and energies.
Have you ever Lied in the grass, mud or on the beach for more than 5 minutes? Or stood in front of some blossoming flowers for a while…? Or gazed at the sunset for only a moment…?
What did you notice…?
That’s receiving and being in oneness AND it makes everything in life, including computer work, money and personal relationships, so much easier.
It sure adds to my receiving of All of Life…
What can beautiful Mother Nature contribute to everything we can create, be and receive in life…?
