I ALWAYS wake up with this one… Every day.
So many amazing things are showing up for me at the moment.
With super duper great intensities, sparkly magic, sun rays, beautiful people and it’s NEVER like I thought it would be.
A lot of old stuff seems to be coming up to clear… to leave my body and life… mostly in interaction with others. I’m actually so thankful for all your contributions. It’s allowing me to look at it, maybe process it, receive it and get rid of it if I choose to.
How often do we allow us to make room for new possibilities to come to fruition? The funny thing with choosing something, whatever it is, it can bring up everything in that doesn’t allow it, all at once 🙂 energy is fast… Things you were not willing to look at, or deal with, or ask for, or receive…
Ask and you shall receive. Apparently, it really works like that?
Even if it’s a silent whisper…

How often do we think ‘it’s meant to be’ if things ‘just happen’?
Like we have no power or saying in that…
Some people leave it all up to the Universe, as a greater power…
What if it’s mostly our choices and questions that co-create with the Universe? And our willingness to have and receive…?

I love working with bodies. I’ve gifted and received a couple massages again the last couple of weeks, combined with the Access Body Processes. Its amazing how my hands just seem to melt into the other persons body even more than with just a regular massage. Smooth silky touch, following the energy, letting the energies permeate all body tissues, letting the body talk to me, moving my hands where required. Energetically, going deeper.
I cant imagine touching a body without all of that anymore!
This is where people who have a hard time relaxing and receiving, finally relax and receive. Its such a gift to work on and touch a body that is actually receiving! And for me, there is such a difference in what my body can receive after more than 3,5 years of Access Body work, while before I used to ly on the massage table and still have slight resitence or rigidity.
Bodies like to be touched. Touching bodies is not wrong… It is delicious, healing, it can be joyful and it does not have to mean or imply anything other than caring touch.
What does the body know? What do our bodies know about touch and being touched?
What magic, of moving your body and all its molecules by simply touching, stroking and caressing it, can you allow your body to have?

ALL of LIFE
Receive…
The good, the bad, the beautiful, the ugly.
Receive…
The softness, the sweetness, the hardness, the meanness, the kindness, the unkindness, the rigidity, the pain, the expansion, the power, the loveliness…
Receive it all…
It’s all there anyway.
You can try to hide and shield yourself from all thats out there… yet, if you deny it and keep it in the dark, it will start growing to lead a life of its own, giving it power over you.
When you receive the good, the bad, the beautiful and the ugly of life at anytime, nothing or no one will ever be able hurt you or belittle you.
Let it all in… Let it run through you…
Exclude nothing – it’s all just energy.
And… If there is no wall, there is no resistance, there’s nothing to ridge up against and there is no surface for it to stick.
And… you will have choice to choose, at any time.
You are the power and energy of Receiving.
Drop your barriers, walls and shields… and RECEIVE, Receive, receive….
Receive everything…

Receive everything you are aware of…
Receive everything other people choose…
Receive everything you are, everything you could be, everything you could choose…
