What is True Kindness?

Merlijn Wolsink - What is True Kindness?Do you remember what true Kindness is?
Do you remember when you were a little baby?
Or other baby’s that are just being their own ‘little’ selves?
One of a Kind?

Are you one of a Kind? Is everyone one of a kind?
How many people are truly kind to themselves?

I know this: what’s true to you is and feels ‘LIGHT’.
What’s not true to you is and feels ‘HEAVY’. It does not resonate with your true , authentic being.

Heavy is mostly how we have learned to be, learned to adapt, blend in, don’t just be outstanding and authentic. Basically, learning yourself to be unkind to you, so you fit in with the rest.

Have you noticed most people don’t even have a sense of what is true for them and just sorta roll along with everyone else’s opinion?
How many people actually have a sense of what their own true being is like? Let alone true kindness… and their own true ‘kind’…

I don’t mean ‘own true kind’ as a way to separate from others, or to fix yourself into a conclusion of who you are, like “I am what I am.”
I mean acknowledging your own true Being. Do we even still know what that is?

Most of the time, ‘being kind’ to other people, is being or doing exactly what people can receive or are asking for. On THAT very moment. If they are patterned and used to unkindness, being everything they grew up with that is not truly them, they will most likely not be able to receive something else that resonates with their own true kindness, their true being.
They might not even be aware of the reality that they are the ones that Invite kindness or unkindness into their world… Inviting what is true for them, or what is not true for them.

Thats what I enjoy about babies. Even though they come in with their psychologic backpack, they are  not yet molested and broken by the cruelty and unkindness of this reality. They don’t function from the judgments of what right and wrong and they will start protesting intuitively when you are doing or being something that is not truly ‘kind’ in essence. They ARE. Being themselves.

Nature is even more extreme in that sense. If you pull the grass out of he ground it will grow itself back eventually. It does not have an opinion, though it has consciousness that automatically creates from true kindness. Animals just walk away from you when you are being unkind to yourself. They might come back and sit on your lap when you are being true to yourself, when you are not surrounding yourself in ‘judgment clouds’.

I wonder if Kindness is actually and endlessly, even expanding light possibility of Being Yourself?

If you were being Kind to You, what would it be like?
If you were being Kind to others, what would it be like?
