A moment of Gratitude ✨

You know… It makes me the happiest person to know that people who I’ve known for years and hardly ever talk to are actually are asking the very questions in their life that I LIVE by.

Next to my amazing clients and class participants, the people in my Facebook feed, friends of friends and beyond, actually have started to include “What else is possible?” and “How does it get better than this?” in stead of “This is just the way it it” or “This is how it’s gonna be”, “I cannot change this”

For themselves, their bodies, their loved ones, in daily life and severe or emergency situations. To not hang around in “not possible” but to open up, to create and the list goes on…

I got these hints from all over the place over the last couple of weeks and months in many different ways and situations, messages, tags, stories… so light and fast that I hadn’t really received it yet, and actually it only just clicked in this afternoon… And it fucking touched me.

For a couple of seconds I was totally overwhelmed. I stood there in the gym and I cried. So much gratitude. In between my sets… lol.

I’ve been ‘doing’ this for 6 years now. I’ve so often felt like I was screaming in the desert, like one would hear me or be interested at all.

I’ve learned to not enforce my questions on people that don’t ask for it, to be kind and not give more than can be received.

And I’ve kept on being it, posting it and making it available.

And it’s showing up. It’s actually showing up and becoming reality.

I know when people require it, they will actually find it and use it.
Cause these questions, make a lifetime of a difference.

What is ‘heaven’ on earth?

16142879_10154072512725736_429030134151529387_n Last night I again pressed SEND to fly out my email with the recordings of my last Access Foundation class. Is always gives me such a sense of peace, goosebumps and fulfillment… the recordings and other goodies of 4 days class in all inboxes and… everyone is off again to create their own adventure…. 🙂

What a great class. Sweet, caring, super curious, aware and potent…. So immensely grateful for the participants. I’m always a little beyond words… Thank you for being you and the amazing gift you are.

Again I realize what a gift it is to release judgment. What is hiding in the shadows naturally comes out from underneath when the clouds clear…

I love this work. I love being able to ask the weirdest questions, clear the strangest things and witness the greatest quantum leaps in 4 days, time and time again into an adventure that is yet to be created…

I keep on wondering, “What is ‘heaven’ on earth? That space without judgment, Is that possible…?” I know that when staying out of judgment, moving into choice and more receiving of everything in life, we’ll come so much closer to having and creating it… here, now…

I ask it for nearly anything, especially if I’d like to get out of my head, into the energy of my life and future… ✨

The purpose is not get a full on hard answer or to conclude… Just look/see/feel if it OPENS UP anything or not…

5 years is just far enough in the future so you can’t really think about it… AND you don’t have to define it yet. And you don’t have to mindfuck yourself either 😜

This sequence reminds me of the simplicity of being and the amazing molecular communion we have with all things

So normal for some and not so normal for others

Sometimes it brings tears to my eyes and it’s a choice to see it and to receive. Even if receiving it ‘hurts’ at first…

What would it take to be enchanted by life?

Not as some magic spell… but to truly see the beauty in everything…?

Don’t go into the intensity of the drama

Just acknowledge it, you can’t change what has happened

Every judgment you add now, will create more of it for the future
Every charged energy you give to the insanity, will make that reality more solid and will make it last longer

A written Pondering today… ✨🌿🌺

It’s so beautiful everywhere I go. Flowers blossoming, clouds, sun, rain, wind. Mother Nature keeps on AWE-ING me…

Last days didn’t have that much computer time.

Me and my business required me being outside, walking, biking, creating, moving my body….

And inside, having lots of sessions, working with people and their bodies.
Even gifting double-Bars sessions together with my sweet mama Renée.

Nature, the earth and bodies are such a gift to me. To get out of my head, into awareness and being present with what is.

So healing for me and my body.

Nature and are bodies are so freggin miraculous. How they create, receive and respond to all things and energies.

Have you ever Lied in the grass, mud or on the beach for more than 5 minutes? Or stood in front of some blossoming flowers for a while…? Or gazed at the sunset for only a moment…?

What did you notice…?

That’s receiving and being in oneness AND it makes everything in life, including computer work, money and personal relationships, so much easier.

It sure adds to my receiving of All of Life…

What can beautiful Mother Nature contribute to everything we can create, be and receive in life…?
