Yay! A FULL weekend of Access Bars classes! ✨💆🏻✨ Today ‘another’ class facilitating with my dearest mom, Renée.

We’ve been doing this together for 4 years now. Wow, more than 300 people have been in our Bars classes and a lot have become Bars Facilitators and are facilitating their own classes!

I still love to facilitate Bars Classes myself and will most likely keep on doing it. People come in one way and after two Bars sessions they leave looking completely different and they feel a lot lighter themselves. Today, every single person even said it!
